I can't thank Guardian Towing enough for their professionalism and efficiency! My car was completely dead inside my garage, and after spending six hours with a well-known roadside service that sent out multiple technicians, only to be told they couldn't help unless I got the car onto the street, I was beyond frustrated.
I contacted a few towing companies, and Guardian Towing was the only one that said they could handle the job. Their technician arrived within 45 minutes, assessed the situation, and used wheel dollies to safely move my car out of the garage. He then backed in with his tow truck, loaded the car up seamlessly, and had it towed to the BMW dealership--all in about 30 minutes!
